Blue is always a good colour choice for a forum, easy on the eye, nice job dude.

As a wallpaper suggestion instead of just a color scheme sure why not you can highlight or fade it as you see fit? WTF I can't offer up something that can obviously benefit your site? If you are just color based do Purple & Gold.
